HELLO x 10.
YES, I FINALLY HAVE THE TIME TO UPDATE. Wooh.
What should i start with?
OUTWARD BOUND SINGAPORE!
So overall, OBS really rawked. People who chose not to go, you're really missing out a once in a lifetime experience. HAHA. The first day was all about getting to know each other. And things started off really slow. There was fusion of 3 different schools in my group. Ping Yi, Serangoon and Marsiling. [:
And the people who made the 5 days worth it?
BENJAMIN
HAKEEM
NISSA
NURUL
JOLENE
ASYRAF
JI YOU
BAO KANG
ESTEE
KENNY
WAI KIT
MAI CHIN
LELA
DESMOND
JOSEPH
ISKANDA
And of course our instructor, Li Shan. [:
I shan't go into detail, i can't anyway. haha. So i'll post pictures.
Anyway, guess what. On the first day, i already managed to embarrass myself. I fell down in the camp site. It was a tragic fall k. I was running and tripped over the nylon cord used to pitch the tent. My whole body practically propelled forward and lay flat on the ground. Though i made a speedy recovery, people still managed to detect me and started laughing. -.-
Day 2: Did rock climbing and learned how to belay our members. At around noon, we moved out of our comfort zone. Camped in an open area where wild boars and dogs ran free. Lawl. We didnt bathe that night till the next evening. And lucky for me, i didn't have the urge to output. We had to do it in the open area with all the grass poking into your pitiful butt. And Hakeem contributed some fertilizer to the grass that night. Jolene, Wai Kit and i were the cooks that evening. And i personally think that it was the best dinner throughout the camp. Efficient and tasty. LAWL. :P
Day 3: Kayaked for approximately 7-8 hours. Combed nearly 19km of Pulau Ubin. And i worked with a good partner, Asyraf. We naturally knew whether to paddle on the left or right. Turn or whatever. And this worked out as a big advantage. haha. Our destination was to arrive at Camp 2.
Day 4:
LOOK AT OUR BAG. IT WEIGHS LIKE 10KG OR MORE LEH. I've been lugging around 1/4 of my weight for 8 hours.
Yes, Estee was navigating. ^^
Taking a break.
Came across this along the way. And i think it sounds totally wrong. Horny sign. Especially oh... yeh oh... yeh
Trekked up the tallest hill in Pulau Ubin.
The scenery from up there. A refreshing sight. :D
Actually, we were on a mission while trekking up this hill. Our mission was to save uncle marco polo. And our tents were representing him. haha!
The Jungle boys.
We arrived back at camp 2. And boy, were we relieved and proud of ourselves. Had a simple toast with water and had a break. But during that break.. the boys decided to play with counter pain. =.=
Joseph, Desmond and Benjamin doing jumping jacks. The effect of putting counter pain on guy's tits.
Joseph and i ready for a ride!
GOOOOOOOOOO!
AHAHAHAHHAA. IT WAS DAMN FUN MAN. :P
Later that night, it was photo session time. heh.
The last night together. Aww. ):
But who knew that our instructor specially arranged a nightwalk for us in the jungle that night? We had to walk in 1 by 1 and enter a maze. Find our way out on our own. We were the only watch(group) which got this leisure. ITS REALLY EXCITING. Not scary at all. Serious! I personally think band camp night walks are worse.
Day 5:
Lela, Nissa, Nurul, Asyraf
Nissa, Asyraf
Ah, this one you don't need to know. HAHA.
Asyraf, me. MY KAYAKING PARTNER! HE RAWKS ZARRRRRRRRR!! [:
Asyraf, Jolene
Asyraf, Benjamin
Nissa, me, Asyraf, Desmond
Our very last group picture with our certificates we've earned.
Those 5 days was indeed a memorable experience. I'll never forget what we've been through. Its definately one of the best moments of my life. Its been 1 week, but we're still contacting each other. I really miss every single one of them. Even the trouble makers, Kenny and Ji You. Feel like returning back to Pulau Ubin. :/
Credits to Nissa for the pictures! [:
